About
Software engineer, product builder, quality advocate
I'm Radoslav. Since September 2026 I've been the QA Manager at GameProm, and I build software products of my own.
My day job is quality leadership: helping teams release software with confidence. But I think of myself more broadly as someone who builds software, and I spend my own time building and publishing applications across web, mobile and desktop.
That mix shapes how I work. Building products and caring about release quality, I look at software from both sides: what will be good to use, and what will keep working after the next change.
You can see what I've built on the projects page, and read about where I can help on the services page.
How I approach software
Start from the problem
Good software begins with understanding who it's for and what they are trying to do, not with a technology choice.
Keep it practical
I prefer the simplest architecture that solves the problem and can be maintained by the people who inherit it.
Build quality in
Testing, release confidence and observability are part of building the product, not an afterthought.
Ship and learn
Real usage and feedback are the best input for deciding what to improve next.
Let's talk
Tell me what you're trying to build or fix. I'm happy to talk about project enquiries, product collaborations and professional conversations.
